DELIVERY OPTIONS

Express Delivery (1-2 working days)

• Mr. Speedy will automatically calculate the rates during check-out.

• Metro Manila - delivery charge will depend on the location, size and weight of the items.

Provincial Delivery (7-14 working days)

• Provincial orders should be paid in full before delivery.
• Actual lead time varies based on the shipping address.
• Actual shipping fee will be calculated after order confirmation and to be paid in advance too depends on the location.

Free Delivery (7-10 working days)

Metro Manila and Bulacan - for orders that meet any of the following requirements:

• within Sta. Maria, Bulacan:                 up to 10kg on selected items
• within Metro Manila and Bulacan:      amounting to 5,000 and above for small items (i.e. dinnerware, etc.)
• within Metro Manila and Bulacan:      amounting to 20,000 and above for bulky items (i.e. furniture, etc.)

DELIVERY GUIDELINES

1. Pre-order delivery usually takes 6-10 weeks.
2. The customer shall present a valid ID upon receiving the order. 
3. The customer shall ensure that a valid representative will receive the items on the delivery day in case of his/her unavailability. If no representative, delivery will be rescheduled with corresponding additional fees.
4. The customer or his/her representative should inspect the items before accepting it. Warranties will be waived if the product has not been checked upon receipt.
5. The customer will be responsible to prepare all necessary gate passes and permits required on the date of delivery. Failure to do so will result to rescheduling of delivery with corresponding additional fees.
6. Request for assembly of items before delivery should be advised upon check out. Corresponding fees will be advised.
7. North Hjem ensures that all products are properly packed and handed over for delivery. North Hjem will not be liable for any damage during transport.
